Telegram Messaging app: The messaging has brought up an additional update to its application users across the world. It has taken out the Snapchat new and trending features to its in-app photo editor which includes a wide range of features such as Selfie masks, trending stickers and customisable GIFs. As with this it also has been added the Facial recognition technology which enables the application to identify the user’s photography and uses the mask align to each user’s face. The technology can only be used on pre-snapped photos, a more basic offering compared to Snapchat’s highly advanced facial-recognition technology which creates a mask on a user’s face that mirrors movement and can obscure facial features. From now the selfies will be more exciting with the dubs of the cartoon masks, adding different faces.

Telegram Masks can be applied via Telegram’s photo editor by tapping on the pen to edit the photo you’ve selected to send and then the envelope to bring up mask sets. Users are also able to create custom masks and upload them to the application platform by using the new masks command and Stickers at bot.
Telegram Users receiving photos with masks will also be able to see which sets the masks came from. As a source from Telegram says that a further update to the app’s photo editor allows users to create custom GIFs to send in their chats by recording a video, muting it and turning it into a looping GIF.
Telegram messaging app has also added few more trending stickers to its palette as it introduces a slate of new stickers tab to assist the sticker discovery. As Visuals may be more universally understood than text with the lot of stickers with pouts, smirks, and side-eyes.Share:
